• Returns must be requested within14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• All items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
• Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
• All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without approval will not be accepted
• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
• All approved returns must be sent to our UK warehouse address (shared after approval)
• By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy. 

We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS services according to the delivery zone. Our orders are normally received within 10 to 12 business days.

• Expose to heat sources & moisture
• Store in plastic & vinyl bags
• Expose to direct sunlight for prolonged durations
• Store or hang folded
• Visit a leather specialist for deep cleaning
• Use padded or wooden hangers
• Store in a breathable cloth bag
• Soft dry clean only
